We are currently working with a leading tier one main contractor who are looking to appoint both a Project Manager and Senior Project Manager to support a growing pipeline of major projects across East Scotland. This is an excellent opportunity to join a well-established business delivering high-profile education, leisure, and public-sector developments, with a strong mix of refurbishment and new-build projects across Perth and Dundee.
The role will involve:
- Managing subcontractors and site teams
- Leading programme delivery and weekly progress monitoring
- Liaising with clients, consultants and design teams
- Working closely with commercial teams on project financial performance
- Managing health & safety, RAMS and CDM compliance
- Chairing subcontractor and progress meetings
- Coordinating labour, materials and day-to-day site operations
- Ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget and to a high standard
Requirements:
- Previous experience working for a tier one or recognised main contractor
- Strong operational construction/project delivery background
- Experience delivering education, public-sector or large commercial projects preferred
