Peace Recruitment are currently working with an ambitious housing association who are looking to source an experienced Maintenance Officer for a 3 month temporary contract. They are ideally looking for a candidate who can start immediately and be based out of their Invergordon office.
Your role will primarily be dealing with reactive repair inspections and voids. Working within a small team, you will have a varied role. To be successful in this role, you will have experience as a Maintenance or Technical Officer, preferably within a housing association, but a local authority background would be considered.
Having excellent customer service skills is a must for this role. The job does require travel to properties, so having a UK Driving License and your own transport is essential. This role is initially for 3 months but does have the chance of extension for the right candidate or becoming permanent.
