Maintenance Officer

Peace Recruitment are working with a well-regarded Housing Association based in Edinburgh to source an experienced Maintenance Officer for an initial 3 month contract.

You will be joining a busy team and will primarily be conducting reactive repairs inspections.

My client is looking for some with a background in social housing.

Strong communication skills are essential for this role as you will have a lot of interaction with tenants.
This role will be mainly be based out with the office making property visits so you will need a driving license and access to a vehicle with business insurance.

They are ideally looking for someone full time but would consider 4 days per week
