Senior Property Services Officer – Assets & Repairs Location: Invergordon / Hybrid Working Employer: Peace Recruitment on behalf of our client Sector: Housing / Property Services Peace Recruitment is working with a housing organisation in the Highlands to recruit an experienced Senior Property Services Officer – Assets & Repairs. This is a varied senior-level role covering reactive repairs, planned and cyclical maintenance, asset management and investment programmes. You will support the effective delivery of property services while helping to drive performance, manage budgets and ensure works are delivered safely, compliantly and to a high standard. The Role Key responsibilities will include: * Supporting the day-to-day delivery and performance of reactive repairs * Coordinating planned and cyclical maintenance programmes * Using stock condition and asset performance data to help shape future investment programmes * Monitoring budgets, expenditure, KPIs and service performance * Managing and monitoring contractors and suppliers * Supporting procurement and ensuring value for money * Driving continuous improvement across repairs and property services * Producing performance and management reports * Providing day-to-day leadership and support to team members * Working closely with internal teams, contractors, customers and other stakeholders About You We are looking for someone with strong experience in a property-related environment, which could include social housing, property management, facilities management, construction or engineering. You should ideally have experience working at a senior, supervisory or management level, along with experience managing contractors, monitoring performance and working with property or asset data. Knowledge of reactive repairs, planned maintenance, asset management and relevant property, health & safety and building compliance requirements will be important. This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to take on a broad and responsible property services role within the housing sector
