Property Manager / Facilities Manager Inverness Competitive Salary + Excellent Benefits Are you an experienced Property Manager or Facilities Manager looking for your next opportunity in Inverness? We’re working with an established and growing property consultancy that is looking to add to its Inverness team. This is a varied, client-facing position with responsibility for supporting the management of commercial property and property portfolios across the region. The role can suit someone coming from either a Property Management or Facilities Management background, with the exact responsibilities shaped around your experience. The Role Depending on your background, responsibilities will include: • Managing commercial properties and property portfolios on behalf of clients • Overseeing the day-to-day operation of properties and ensuring occupier requirements are met • Working closely with clients, occupiers, contractors and other property professionals • Coordinating facilities management services across commercial properties • Managing contractors and service providers • Ensuring properties are managed in line with client management agreements • Dealing with property, tenant and occupier queries • Supporting compliance, health and safety and operational requirements • Identifying issues and taking ownership of them through to resolution • Providing a high level of service to clients and occupiers About You We’re keen to speak with people from Property Management, Commercial Property, Facilities Management or Estates Management backgrounds. Ideally, you will have: • Previous experience within property or facilities management • Experience working with commercial property • Strong client and stakeholder management skills • Excellent organisation and attention to detail • Confidence managing multiple properties, tasks or projects • Good IT skills including Word, Excel and Outlook • The ability to work independently and use your own initiative A relevant property degree and RICS or AssocRICS membership would be beneficial but we’re happy to consider candidates from different backgrounds with relevant experience.
