Location: Edinburgh (Hybrid & Flexible Working)
Salary: £25,500 (£30,000 OTE) + Bonuses

What You’ll Be Doing:
- Sourcing top candidates through our well-established database, LinkedIn, job boards, and referrals
- Writing job adverts to attract top talent
- Preparing CVs and assisting candidates through the hiring process
- Conducting interviews and coaching candidates for success
- Collaborating with a dynamic team to hit targets
- Building a strong professional network within the industry
What We’re Looking For:
- Hardworking, reliable, and self-motivated individuals
- A natural people-person with strong communication skills
- Ambition to learn, grow, and succeed in recruitment
- No previous recruitment experience required
- Previous experience in a sales environment preferred but not essential, this includes experience with hospitality and retail environments
