This is an exciting opportunity for a Graduate Building Surveyor to join a dynamic team and work on a variety of property management and redevelopment projects. The Role As a Graduate Building Surveyor, you’ll play a key role in supporting the delivery of high-quality property services. Working closely with a team of experienced professionals, you’ll gain exposure to a wide range of surveying tasks and contribute to impactful projects. Responsibilities Include: * Conducting property surveys and condition assessments. * Assisting with maintenance schedules, feasibility studies, and project reports. * Supporting contract administration and project management duties. * Ensuring compliance with building regulations and health and safety standards. * Collaborating with internal teams and external stakeholders to deliver property solutions. * Contributing to sustainable building practices within the organization. About You We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented individual with a passion for building surveying and property management.
