The Role
As Contracts Manager, you will oversee multiple housing developments across the West of Scotland, ensuring projects are delivered safely, efficiently and to the highest quality standards. This is a key position within the business, offering the opportunity to build and develop your own site teams while playing an important role in the continued expansion of the company.
Responsibilities
- Manage multiple residential developments across Glasgow and the West
- Lead and support Site Management teams
- Ensure projects are delivered on programme and within budget
