An exciting opportunity has arisen to join a leading, award-winning residential developer as a Sales Advisor, supporting high-quality developments across Edinburgh.
This role is ideal for an experienced New Homes Sales Advisor, or for someone from a strong customer-focused sales background looking to move into residential property. You’ll be the face of the development, guiding buyers through the full purchasing journey and delivering an exceptional customer experience.
The Role
- Managing the full sales process from initial enquiry through to legal completion
- Delivering a first-class customer journey, ensuring every buyer feels supported and informed
- Conducting viewings, site tours and appointments on the development
- Maintaining accurate records of enquiries, reservations and sales progression
- Working closely with internal teams including site, legal and customer care
- Achieving individual and development sales targets while maintaining brand standards
- Representing the developer professionally at all times, reflecting their values and reputation
About You
- Previous experience in New Homes Sales or a strong background in a customer-focused sales environment
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
- A professional, approachable and confident manner
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
- The ability to work weekends and bank holidays (with days off in lieu)
- A genuine passion for delivering outstanding customer service
