Peace Recruitment are currently working with a well-known and highly respected Scottish residential developer who are looking to appoint an experienced Contracts Manager to oversee multiple developments across Edinburgh and the East of Scotland. The Role
- Oversee multiple residential developments across Edinburgh and the East
- Manage and support Site Managers and project teams
- Ensure projects are delivered safely, on time and within budget
- Maintain high standards of quality and customer satisfaction
- Work closely with commercial and technical teams
- Report to senior management on programme progress and project performance
- Support the recruitment and development of site teams as the business grows
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Contracts Manager within residential housebuilding
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Experience managing multiple housing developments
- Excellent communication and organisational skills
- Strong understanding of construction processes and programme management
