Peace Recruitment are currently working with a well-known and highly respected Scottish residential developer who are looking to appoint an experienced Contracts Manager to oversee multiple developments across Edinburgh and the East of Scotland. The Role

As Contracts Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing several residential developments, ensuring projects are delivered safely, on programme and to the highest standards. You will work closely with Site Managers, Commercial teams and Senior Leadership to ensure the successful delivery of projects. This role also offers the opportunity to build and develop your own site teams, playing a key part in the continued growth of the business.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee multiple residential developments across Edinburgh and the East
  • Manage and support Site Managers and project teams
  • Ensure projects are delivered safely, on time and within budget
  • Maintain high standards of quality and customer satisfaction
  • Work closely with commercial and technical teams
  • Report to senior management on programme progress and project performance
  • Support the recruitment and development of site teams as the business grows
