This is an excellent opportunity to join a major construction business with a strong pipeline of projects across Education, Healthcare, Defence, Residential and major public-sector developments. The position would suit an established Building Services Manager or an experienced M&E Project Manager, Building Services Engineer or Coordinator looking to take the next step with a Tier 1 contractor. The Role Working as part of an experienced technical and project delivery team, you will take responsibility for the coordination and delivery of building services across projects throughout the North West. Key responsibilities include: * Managing and coordinating Mechanical & Electrical services across major projects * Providing technical Building Services support to project and pre-construction teams * Reviewing M&E designs, tenders and subcontractor proposals * Ensuring M&E solutions are coordinated, buildable and cost-effective * Identifying technical and commercial risks and opportunities * Working closely with consultants, subcontractors, designers and project teams * Overseeing M&E installation, commissioning, handover and aftercare About You My client is open to candidates from a variety of Building Services backgrounds. You may already be a Building Services Manager, or an experienced Building Services Engineer, M&E Coordinator or M&E Project Manager ready to progress. Ideally, you will have: * Strong Mechanical & Electrical / Building Services experience * A relevant Mechanical, Electrical or Building Services qualification * Experience coordinating M&E design and installation * Strong technical and commercial understanding * Main contracting experience would be advantageous but is not essential * Full UK Driving Licence and flexibility to travel across the North West * The right to work in the UK without sponsorship The Opportunity This is an opportunity to join a leading UK contractor with a strong and diverse pipeline of major projects across the North West.
