A highly respected and long-established Scottish property consultancy is looking to expand its Residential team across Glasgow and the West of Scotland. We are keen to speak with MRICS-qualified Residential Surveyors from Surveyor level through to Director and Partner level who are considering a new opportunity within a well-established business with ambitious growth plans.
This opportunity would suit individuals looking for a platform that offers autonomy, progression, and the chance to play a key role in the continued growth of a successful residential division.
The Role
- Home Reports and Mortgage Valuations
- Residential valuation and advisory work
- Managing and developing client relationships
- Business development and networking activities
- Supporting and mentoring junior surveyors
- Contributing to strategic growth initiatives
- Developing market presence across Glasgow and the West of Scotland
Senior candidates will have the opportunity to influence business development strategy and help shape the future direction of the team.
About You
- MRICS qualification
- Strong residential valuation experience
- Knowledge of the Scottish residential property market
- Excellent client-facing and communication skills
