As a result of continued growth, they're looking to appoint an experienced Senior Project Manager to strengthen their team.

The Opportunity You'll take ownership of projects from early feasibility through to completion, acting as the main point of contact for your clients and ensuring successful delivery across programme, cost and quality.
This is a client-facing role where you'll work closely with senior stakeholders, consultants and contractors, leading multidisciplinary teams and delivering projects that make a real impact.
Alongside project delivery, you'll also have the opportunity to mentor junior team members, contribute to business development and help shape future growth within the business.
What You'll Be Doing Managing projects and programmes from inception through to completion.
Building trusted relationships with clients and becoming their go-to advisor.
Leading project teams and coordinating consultants and contractors.
Administering construction contracts, including acting as Contract Administrator, Employer's Agent or Project Manager where appropriate.
Managing project risks, budgets, programmes and reporting.
Preparing and presenting reports to clients and senior stakeholders.
Supporting bids, proposals and business development opportunities.
Coaching and mentoring junior members of the team.
About You You'll already have experience delivering construction projects in a consultancy or client-side environment and be comfortable taking ownership of projects while managing client expectations.
Ideally, you'll have: A strong background in Project or Programme Management within the built environment.
Experience administering construction contracts.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
Commercial awareness with the ability to manage project finances.
A proactive approach and the confidence to make decisions.
Experience leading multidisciplinary project teams.
Professional membership such as MRICS, MAPM or MCIOB would be advantageous, although we're happy to speak with candidates working towards accreditation.
