A well-established and highly regarded property consultancy is looking to hire a Rating Surveyor, with flexibility to appoint from newly qualified through to senior/partner level in Scotland. This is a key hire with significant scope to grow within the business.
Role:
- Work across a full range of non-domestic rating instructions
- Property types include office, industrial, retail, and licensed trade
- Involvement in appeals, valuations, and client advisory work
- Opportunity to help develop and expand the ratings offering
Requirements:
- Experience in non-domestic rating (level flexible)
- MRICS qualified or working towards
- Strong client-facing and commercial skills
