Peace Recruitment is currently working with a growing multidisciplinary consultancy looking to strengthen its Project Management team in Edinburgh due to continued growth and a strong pipeline of secured work across Scotland. This is an excellent opportunity for a Project Manager, Senior Project Manager or Associate looking to join a business that offers genuine autonomy, high-quality projects and clear progression opportunities within a supportive and collaborative environment. The business operates across a broad range of sectors including commercial, healthcare, education, residential, hospitality and public sector developments, delivering projects from inception through to completion.
The Opportunity
You will play a key role in delivering projects across a varied portfolio whilst working closely with clients, consultants and contractors throughout the full project lifecycle. Depending on level, there will also be opportunities to support business development activities, mentor junior staff and contribute to the wider growth of the team.
Responsibilities
- Managing projects from inception through to completion
- Acting as the main point of contact for clients and stakeholders
- Coordinating multidisciplinary project teams
- Managing programme, cost and risk throughout project delivery
- Preparing and presenting reports to clients
- Supporting procurement and contract administration activities
- Building and maintaining strong client relationships
- Supporting business development and team growth activities (senior levels)
Requirements
- Previous experience working within a consultancy environment
- Proven project delivery experience across the built environment
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities
- Degree qualified within a relevant construction discipline
- MRICS, MAPM or equivalent desirable but not essential
