Associate Civil Engineer / Senior Associate (Progression to Director) – Glasgow The Opportunity We're working with a leading multi-disciplinary engineering consultancy seeking an ambitious Associate or Senior Associate Civil Engineer to join its growing Glasgow office.
This is an opportunity for someone looking to take the next step in their career.
Rather than recruiting an established Director, the business is looking for someone with the ambition, leadership qualities and commercial mindset to grow into that position.
You'll play a key role in leading projects, developing client relationships, mentoring engineers and helping to grow an established civil engineering team, with a clear pathway towards a Director-level position.
About You We're keen to speak with candidates who: Are currently operating at Associate or Senior Associate level.
Have clear leadership ambitions and are looking to progress into a Director role.
Are commercially minded and understand the importance of business development and client relationships.
Have strong client-facing experience and are confident representing the business.
Have experience leading and developing teams.
