PEAC is owned by funds managed by leading global investment firm, HPS Investment Partners LLC, who have over $115 billion of assets under management making us the largest independent lessor in the UK. About the role: To rapidly scale our UK business, we need an ambitious, highly driven "hunter" to acquire top-tier resellers and other commercial partners in the IT solutions space. We are seeking a dynamic Partnerships Manager who thrives on identifying untapped market opportunities and leveraging their strong network to win net-new business for PEAC. This role will be the external face of PEAC in the acquisition phase. Your primary objective will be to prospect, pitch, and close high-value partnership agreements that generate consistent, ongoing revenue.
Key Responsibilities:
- Select target IT solutions resellers and commercial partners, and execute outbound strategies to secure introductory meetings.
- Drive sales and take full ownership of the end-to-end acquisition process, from initial cold outreach and discovery through to complex commercial negotiations and the successful closing and execution of new partnership agreements.
- Produce, analyse and maintain accurate management information to business requirements.
- Deliver compelling pitches and product demonstrations (topi and the PEAC portal) to prospective partners, clearly articulating the commercial benefits and ROI of integrating our financing solutions.
- Oversee the initial launch of new partners, ensuring a fast transition from contract signature to their first transaction before gradually transitioning the relationship to the Account Management team.
- Maintain a robust, healthy pipeline of prospective partners, and ensure rigorous CRM management for accurate forecasting and performance tracking.
Your experience:
- Experience in B2B partnership development with a proven track record as a "hunter", consistently exceeding acquisition targets, within the areas of B2B technology finance.
- Excellent communication, pitching, and presentation skills; and the ability to confidently influence external decision-makers (Senior Stakeholders) as well as internal stakeholders.
- Highly organised, structured approach with the ability to maintain an overview of complex sales cycles and contract negotiations; and can effectively set priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent knowledge and strong relationships in the technology leasing space.
PEAC Solutions operates in a fast paced, high accountability environment shaped by US private credit ownership with ambitious growth expectations. This is a demanding, delivery focused business where pace, judgement and resilience matter. It will suit self-starters who thrive in change rather than fixed routines.
