- Specialist Works at Peabody, you'll support the delivery of high-quality responsive repairs across a wide geographical area, ensuring repairs are completed safely, efficiently and to an exceptional standard. This is a role where your technical expertise, leadership skills and customer focus will make a real difference.
You'll oversee operatives, support performance improvements, drive first-time-fix rates and help deliver an outstanding service for residents.
What you'll be doingLead and support operatives to deliver safe, high-quality repairs while maximising first-time-fix performance. Monitor contractor and operative performance, setting targets and driving continuous improvement.
Ensure repairs are completed efficiently, with accurate documentation and effective use of mobile technology.
Work collaboratively with planners, managers and supply chain partners to maintain service standards and customer satisfaction.
Promote compliance with health and safety requirements, policies and procedures across all activities.
What you'll bringExperience supervising trades teams within a responsive repairs, maintenance or housing environment. A recognised trade qualification, supported by strong technical knowledge across multiple trades.
Strong organisational, communication and people management skills. Experience using handheld technology and mobile systems to manage repairs and performance. A customer-focused approach with the ability to analyse performance data and drive service improvements.
