Peabody is seeking a part-time Sleep-in Support Worker for its Young People’s Services in Stevenage. You will support young people aged 16-25 to build skills, confidence and independence, helping them overcome barriers such as homelessness, mental health challenges and social exclusion.
Responsibilities include needs assessments, developing and reviewing support plans, and assisting with daily living tasks while liaising with external agencies.
