At Peabody, we help vulnerable people live safely and independently. We're looking for a Specialist Housing Officer - Agency Managed to oversee housing services delivered by partner organisations and ensure residents receive an excellent service.
The Role
- Monitor the performance of managing agents and support providers
- Build strong relationships with residents and partners
- Carry out inspections, audits and compliance checks
- Manage tenancy, property and repair issues
- Help create safe, well-managed communities
About You
- Experience in housing management, supported housing or a similar customer-facing role
- Knowledge of housing legislation and good practice
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Experience managing partner or contractor performance
- A full UK driving licence and access to your own vehicle
