We’re looking for a Senior Supervisor to join Peabody Group Maintenance (PGM) and lead the delivery of high-quality property services across Chelsea and Kensington. In this pivotal role, you’ll oversee all repairs and maintenance, provide technical and commercial support to your supervisory team, and deputise for the Regional Manager when required. You’ll work closely with Peabody’s Locality Teams and supply chain partners to drive service improvements, ensure compliance, and deliver exceptional customer experiences. Acting as a visible and inspiring leader, you’ll set clear objectives, monitor KPIs, and foster a culture of collaboration, accountability, and continuous improvement.

What you’ll do:

  • Lead and manage the Supervisory Team and operatives, ensuring all repairs and maintenance are delivered efficiently and to a high standard.
  • Review performance data, carry out post-inspections, and implement improvements to enhance productivity and customer satisfaction.
  • Manage subcontractors, monitor compliance with health and safety requirements, and ensure toolbox talks and scorecard delivery are completed.
  • Investigate complaints, resolve service recovery cases promptly, and work closely with internal teams to maintain strong relationships and deliver seamless services.
  • Take responsibility for training needs within your team and support the development of a ‘one team’ culture across PGM.

What you’ll need:

  • Extensive workforce management experience across multi-trade environments.
  • Proven experience managing subcontractors and large-scale works.
  • Strong knowledge of health and safety legislation and compliance requirements.
  • Excellent time management, communication, and stakeholder engagement skills.
  • Proficiency in IT systems and ability to analyse performance data to drive improvements.
  • A full and valid UK manual driving license.
