As a Care Support Worker at Peabody, you'll support people to live independently, confidently, and safely in their own homes and communities.
You'll assist with personal care, daily living tasks, health and wellbeing needs, encourage hobbies and community involvement, and help customers make choices that matter to them.
You'll build positive relationships with customers, their families, and professionals while maintaining accurate records and promoting a safe and welcoming environment.
This role operates on a 24/7 rota, including evenings, weekends, bank holidays, and overnight shifts. No previous care experience is required as full training will be provided. A full, clean UK manual driving licence is essential.
