  • Good communication skills and the ability to work as part of a team

  • Flexibility to work a 24/7 rota, including evenings, weekends, bank holidays, and overnight shifts

A full, clean UK manual driving licence is essential

At Peabody, you'll be part of a team guided by our values: Be Kind, Do the Right Thing, Love New Ideas, Celebrate Diversity, Keep Our Promises, and Pull Together.

We believe in creating a workplace where everyone feels supported, included, and empowered to be their best.

What We Offer

  • 25 days annual leave plus bank holidays, with the option to buy and sell leave

  • Up to 10% pension contribution, life assurance, and an employee assistance programme

  • Paid training, career development opportunities, and recognised qualifications
