Join us as the Remediation Compliance Manager and help ensure leaseholders, lenders and colleagues receive a compliant, efficient and high-quality service across Peabody's fire remediation programme.

What You'll Do

  • Manage and develop a team of seven Remediation Compliance Engagement Managers and one Remediation Compliance Administrator, driving high performance and continuous improvement.
  • Translate programme plans into deliverable caseloads and ensure resources are effectively allocated to meet priorities and deadlines.
  • Oversee the quality, accuracy and timeliness of case management activities, leaseholder engagement and record keeping.
  • Lead the day-to-day production of landlord certificates, supporting property sales and disposals across the organisation.
  • Manage lender assurance enquiries relating to remortgaging, sales and staircasing, ensuring consistent, accurate and timely responses.
  • Monitor operational performance, risks and service delivery, escalating issues where appropriate.
  • Maintain accurate and auditable records to support governance, compliance, audit requirements and potential litigation.
  • Work collaboratively with teams across Housing, Property, Legal and Fire Remediation to support programme objectives and deliver excellent customer outcomes.

What You'll Need

  • Significant experience managing teams alongside coaching and performance management.
  • Strong knowledge of leasehold management, landlord and tenant matters, service charges or a related regulated property environment.
  • Experience delivering large-scale case management, compliance or leaseholder engagement programmes.
  • Understanding of landlord certificates, lender assurance processes and documentation associated with remortgaging, property sales and staircasing.
