Help People Live Their Best Lives Every Day. We are recruiting female Care Support Workers for an all‑women’s service, where the provision is covered by the Equality Act 2010, Schedule 9, Part 1, Paragraph 1.
Responsibilities
- Support individuals to live independently, confidently and with dignity.
- Assist with personal care, daily living tasks and health needs.
- Encourage independence, choice and participation in hobbies and community activities.
- Build positive relationships with families, colleagues and professionals.
- Maintain safe, clean and comfortable living environments.
- Responsible for accurate record keeping and contributing to reviews and meetings.
- Maintain high standards of care and safety.
Qualifications and Requirements
- Caring and positive attitude.
- Strong communication skills.
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
- Flexibility to work across a 24/7 rota including evenings, weekends, overnight shifts and bank holidays.
- Organised, reliable and respectful of diverse needs and backgrounds.
- Satisfactory DBS check is required.
- Previous experience in care or support and relevant qualifications such as a Care Certificate or NVQ Level 2 are desirable but not essential.
