Are you a friendly, reliable driver with a passion for helping others? As a Minibus Driver, you'll provide a safe, caring and professional transport service for older and vulnerable customers, helping them attend activities, appointments and outings. More than just a driver, you’ll be a valued part of our team, building positive relationships with customer s and ensuring every journey is safe, comfortable and enjoyable. This is a part-time role based in Tower Hamlets, working afternoon shifts Monday to Friday (2.30pm – 5pm) with Saturday afternoon cover required approx. Some flexibility may be required for additional hours to cover absences Safely transport customers to and from their homes, activities and community outings. Identify and report any safeguarding concerns in line with Peabody policies. Use a smartphone and digital systems to access schedules, emails and service updates. Experience driving a minibus Experience supporting vulnerable adults MiDAS training or willingness to obtain it. Flexibility to work additional paid hours when required.
