Support Our Corporate Estate Across West London
Are you a hands‑on multi‑trade professional who enjoys variety and takes pride in maintaining high standards? As a Technical Services Coordinator at Peabody, you’ll support our Facilities function by delivering fabric maintenance, compliance tasks and general upkeep across our corporate estate.
Work across a West London‑based portfolio, including: Ealing, Acton, Southall, Hounslow and Shepherd’s Bush. This is a varied and practical role where your trade skills, organisation and customer‑focused approach will help ensure our workplaces are safe, compliant and presented to a high standard.
What You’ll Do
- Carry out multi‑trade repairs including painting, plastering, plumbing and general building maintenance
- Deliver planned and reactive fabric maintenance tasks across the portfolio
- Complete compliance activities such as PAT testing, water checks and other PPMs
- Conduct regular building inspections to ensure safety, compliance and presentation standards
- Maintain decoration standards through proactive painting and upkeep programmes
- Carry out basic external maintenance including landscaping tasks
- Respond to helpdesk requests within agreed SLAs and escalate where required
- Support compliance works including fire safety (FRA) actions and statutory requirements
- Act as Fire Marshal and First Aider when on site
- Support wider FM tasks including portering, room set‑ups and operational cover when required
What You’ll Need
- Multi‑trade experience including painting, plastering, plumbing and general repairs
- Experience working in a facilities management or corporate property environment
- Strong understanding of Health & Safety and statutory compliance (fire, legionella, asbestos, etc.)
- A full UK driving licence (company van provided for work use)
- Strong customer service skills and experience working in occupied environments
- Ability to work independently and manage your own workload
- Good IT skills and confidence using systems for job logging and updates
- IOSH Managing Safely or similar (desirable)
- Relevant compliance training (e.g. Legionella awareness)
