About the role

As a Talent Specialist, you will proactively source top talent through innovative and inclusive methods. You will work closely with hiring managers to understand role requirements, build strong candidate pipelines, and ensure every recruitment campaign results in a successful hire first time. You will be working within a team, embedding our values into every interaction and helping us build a diverse, high-performing workforce. We work in a hybrid way, with two days a week in our London office to connect and collaborate.

What you will be doing

As a Talent Specialist, you will lead end-to-end recruitment campaigns in close partnership with hiring managers, using tools like LinkedIn Recruiter to proactively source top talent. You will build strong relationships across the People team, coach stakeholders on inclusive hiring practices, and manage recruitment through our ATS, handling repeat and high-volume hiring needs with a focus on data-driven decisions. From crafting compelling job adverts and maintaining talent pools to coordinating assessment centres and recruitment days, you will play a key role in delivering a seamless and inclusive candidate experience.

What we are looking for

  • Extensive experience in recruitment and talent acquisition—ideally both in-house and agency.
  • Experience managing high volume workloads.
  • Proven success using LinkedIn Recruiter and other sourcing tools.
  • Experience designing and delivering engaging, successful recruitment campaigns.
  • Familiarity with ATS platforms and ability to report on recruitment metrics.
  • Experience organising assessment centres or recruitment days.

Our Assessment Process

Our fair, inclusive, and transparent recruitment process includes an online assessment (2–6 October), a first stage in-person interview (7 October), a second-stage assessment (8 October), and a final in-person interview (14 October).

Why Join Us?
