This is a great opportunity to combine technical expertise with real impact - supporting high-quality homes while delivering a strong customer experience across a diverse housing portfolio.What you’ll doCarry out stock condition surveys across Peabody’s homes and communal areasCollect accurate data on building components, repairs, and lifecycle costs to inform future investmentUndertake HHSRS surveys, fire risk assessments, and DDA audits to ensure complianceUpload and maintain high-quality data within asset management systemsProvide clear, practical advice on property condition to support planned works programmesWork closely with internal teams and external partners to support delivery of investment programmesEngage with residents professionally and build positive working relationshipsEnsure all site activity is conducted in line with health and safety regulationsThis role includes regular travel across your region to visit properties and requires a Basic DBS check.What you’ll needExperience delivering stock condition surveys and related assessments (e.g. HHSRS, DDA audits, fire risk assessments)HND/HNC in Building or equivalent technical qualificationStrong understanding of health and safety legislation and complianceAbility to work independently, managing your own workload effectivelyHigh attention to detail with a focus on data accuracyStrong communication and stakeholder management skillsA full UK driving licence and access to your own vehicleWhen you join Peabody, you’re joining a team guided by our values, Be Kind, Do the Right Thing, Love New Ideas, Celebrate Diversity, Keep Our Promises, and Pull Together.
