Peabody is seeking a passionate Resident Liaison Officer to join our Investment directorate in London. You will be the primary link between residents, contractors and Peabody teams, ensuring clear, timely communication and positive experiences throughout our investment programmes.

You will build strong relationships with residents and stakeholders, resolve access issues, support vulnerable residents, and help minimise disruption during works while monitoring satisfaction and reporting on.
