You’ll take pride in building strong relationships with residents, partners and colleagues, and in delivering services that are simple, safe and smart.
As a Neighbourhood Manager, you’ll be responsible for the day‑to‑day management of your patch, acting as a single point of contact and ensuring residents feel listened to, supported and informed.

What You’ll Be Doing:
- Acting as the single point of contact for residents across a mixed‑tenure neighbourhood
- Managing tenancies and leasehold matters, including enforcement where needed
- Creating and delivering costed Neighbourhood Plans to improve satisfaction, safety and performance
- Carrying out estate, scheme and property inspections, identifying issues and driving improvement
- Working with managing agents (where applicable), monitoring performance and ensuring services meet agreed standards and resident expectations
- Responding to complaints, ASB and community safety concerns with fairness, empathy and professionalism
- Collaborating with internal teams and external partners to build safe, inclusive and thriving neighbourhoods
- Championing customer engagement and ensuring services are accessible, high quality and value for money

- Experience in a customer‑facing role, ideally within housing management or the social housing sector
- Knowledge of tenancy and leasehold management, enforcement and safeguarding
- Confidence managing a varied caseload, with strong organisation and prioritisation skills
- A resilient, compassionate and problem‑solving mindset
- Willingness to undertake a Level 3 qualification in Housing Management, if not already held
