Support the Safe and Efficient Operation of Our Vehicle Fleet

Are you highly organised with strong attention to detail and a passion for compliance and coordination? As a Fleet Administrator at Peabody, you’ll play a vital role in supporting the Fleet Management operation, helping ensure our vehicles are safe, compliant and efficiently managed across the organisation. This is a varied administrative role where your organisation, communication and analytical skills will support effective fleet operations, strong supplier relationships and accurate reporting.

What You’ll Do

  • Coordinate day‑to‑day administrative activity for the Fleet Management service
  • Manage fleet communications through central email inboxes and incoming mail
  • Maintain accurate and up‑to‑date fleet records including servicing, maintenance, mileage, fuel use and emissions
  • Coordinate parking fines, congestion charges and motoring penalties, ensuring accurate logging and timely resolution
  • Arrange vehicle repairs and quotations, ensuring costs are allocated and recharged appropriately
  • Maintain driver compliance records, including licence checks, permits and training status
  • Manage relationships with suppliers including lease providers, insurers, maintenance and breakdown partners
  • Maintain live asset and driver records within CAFM and fleet systems
  • Compile monthly fleet reports and analyse trends to support efficiency improvements
  • Support incident investigations, internal reporting and continuous improvement activity

What You’ll Need

  • Experience supporting a fleet management service in a large, multi‑site organisation
  • Experience coordinating fleet compliance processes
  • Basic understanding of risk management and incident handling
  • Experience supporting incident or accident investigations
  • Strong IT skills, particularly Microsoft Office
  • Ability to analyse data, identify trends and problem‑solve effectively
