We’re seeking a compassionate female to join our service, supporting a team committed to delivering high-quality, person-centred care. As a Care Support Worker, you’ll provide vital support to vulnerable adults with mental health needs, mild learning disabilities, age-related conditions, and physical disabilities, helping them to live independently and enhance their quality of life.
You’ll deliver high-quality, person-centred support that promotes wellbeing, inclusion, and independence, while helping individuals achieve their goals and thrive. This is a rewarding role where you’ll make a meaningful impact from day one.

How You’ll Make a Difference
- Provide physical, emotional, and social support tailored to individual needs
- Encourage and support participation in activities, outings, and daily routines
- Promote independence while safeguarding the rights and wellbeing of those you support
- Raise and respond to safeguarding concerns in line with policy
- Maintain accurate records and handle sensitive information appropriately
- Follow health and safety procedures to ensure a safe environment for all
What You’ll Bring to the Team
- Experience supporting vulnerable adults, including those with mental health or complex needs
- Understanding of safeguarding and inclusive practice, with the confidence to challenge discrimination
- Strong communication skills and the ability to build respectful relationships
- Empathy and a caring, person-centred approach
- Experience supporting personal care and moving and handling
- Good IT skills and attention to detail
- A positive, can-do attitude
- NVQ Level 2 in Health and Social Care (or equivalent)
Working Pattern: This is a part-time role working 22.5 hours per week, across a rota between 8:30am and 7:00pm, including weekends and bank holidays where required.
Salary: £17,676 per year for 22.5 hours per week, £29,460 full-time equivalent (37.5 hours per week)
