At Peabody, we’re looking for a hands‑on, people‑focused Estate Services Caretaker to help us keep our estates looking their best. From lighting checks to cleaning communal areas, you’ll be the friendly face residents rely on to keep things spotless and welcoming.
What Your Day Might Look Like
- Start with a lighting check—swap out any bulbs that need replacing
- Roll up your sleeves and get stuck into cleaning duties across your designated areas
- Work closely with your team and residents to keep things running smoothly and safely
- Be a visible, approachable presence on‑site five days a week
