Do you thrive on building partnerships, shaping programmes and driving real social impact? If so, we’ve got a brilliant opportunity for you as we’re looking for an ambitious and creative Choose Housing Projects & Coordination Lead to develop and grow our programmes.

Building on a successful pilot, this is a unique opportunity to shape a flagship offer that connects residents to meaningful careers across Peabody and beyond. You’ll work closely with internal teams and external partners to build strong career pathways, driving programme growth through funding, innovation and partnership development and ensure programmes are accessible, impactful and aligned with community and employer needs.

What Your Day Might Look Like

  • Planning, organising and the delivery of the Social Housing Launchpad Programme
  • Collaborate with colleagues and partners to develop new employment and skills initiatives
  • Meet with employers, training providers and education partners to build opportunities
  • Review programme performance and identifying ways to improve reach and impact
  • Lead on events, workshops or campaigns to promote opportunities to residents
  • Work on funding bids or strategic plans to grow the programme

You’re ambitious and collaborative, able to build strong relationships across partners and sectors. You’re resilient and can thrive in a dynamic, evolving programme environment. Lastly you can bring fresh ideas and creative solutions but also understanding economic inclusion and uses data to inform decisions.

What You’ll Need

  • Strong project and programme management skills with a track record of delivery
  • Experience in economic inclusion, employment & skills, or community development
  • Experience building partnerships with employers, education providers or community organisations
  • Ability to develop funding bids and secure resources for programme growth
  • Experience monitoring performance, reporting outcomes and demonstrating impact
  • Excellent communication skills and confidence engaging a wide range of stakeholders
  • Strong organisational, analytical and problem-solving skills

Our fair, inclusive and transparent recruitment process will be a two-stage interview.
