We are recruiting multiple Housing Support Workers to join us at the very start of this journey.

This new service will offer a safe, stable, and supportive environment for young people facing homelessness, many of whom may have mental health challenges, substance misuse issues, or experience of the care or criminal justice system. You will be part of a team delivering intensive, person-centred support that helps them build resilience, learn life skills, and take steps toward independent living.

  • Managing a small caseload of young people, meeting regularly to review progress and goals.

  • A trauma-informed and safeguarding-focused approach to care.
  • Ability to work on a shift rota covering early mornings, evenings, weekends, and bank holidays.

Benefits:

  • 25 days' annual leave (plus bank holidays).
  • Generous pension (up to 10% matched).
  • Paid qualifications and apprenticeship opportunities.
  • Flexible benefits including healthcare, dental, and retail discounts.
  • Family-friendly policies and 2 paid volunteering days per year.

This role requires an Enhanced DBS check. Use the statement to demonstrate how you meet the essential criteria and confirm your shift availability.
