Peabody is seeking a Head of Empty Homes to lead the performance and delivery of its empty homes service across regions. You will ensure homes are returned quickly, safely and to a consistent lettable standard, improving turnaround times, controlling costs and reducing void loss.
This role requires strong leadership, contractor management and stakeholder skills, with a focus on using data to identify delays and drive improvements in the end-to-end process.
