Peabody seeks a Head of Homeownership Support Hub to lead a brand-new team in London, establishing vision, culture and standards to support over 25,000 Freeholders, Leaseholders and Shared Owners. The role oversees a hybrid team delivering frontline advice across phone, email and webforms. This senior leader will design training, drive service improvements, and partner with resident groups to maximise first-contact resolution and satisfaction while aligning with regulatory requirements.
