Peabody seeks a Head of Data Architecture & Governance to strategically lead the organisation’s data architecture and governance agenda. You will set direction for data design, modelling, integration, governance and assurance across our modern cloud data platform to help Peabody make better use of data for residents, colleagues, compliance and innovation.

You will lead a small specialist team, embed governance controls, and partner with cross‑functional teams to ensure secure, ethical, and compliant data practices.
