We are looking to recruit zero-hour bank workers for our schemes across the Essex region.
As a Bank Support Worker, you’ll be assisting people to live their best life. With a particular focus supporting people with kindness and compassion.
Your typical day could start with helping to create and implement support plans consistently and correctly for our customers.
Then you might be supporting individuals to pursue hobbies and leisure activities at home and in their community by being innovative, enthusiastic and encouraging.
