Peabody is looking for an experienced Building Surveyor (Disrepair) to join our Repairs Team. You will manage legal disrepair cases from inspection through completion, carry out property inspections, diagnose defects and prepare technical reports and specifications.
This hybrid role includes attendance at Westminster Bridge Road, with a second administrative day at a local hub, emphasising stakeholder engagement, contractor management and delivering high standards for residents.
