We are looking for a highly organised Digital Marketing Executive to join the Digital Marketing Team at Peabody. This role is responsible for delivering effective marketing campaigns across email, SMS, property portals, social, web and other core channels, that support property sales across a portfolio of new homes developments in London and the Home Counties. The successful candidate will help shape and improve the digital customer journey end-to-end, ensuring customers have a smooth, intuitive digital experience from their first enquiry through to reservation. This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced and innovative digital-first marketer looking to make an impact in the new homes sector.

What you’ll do:

  • Plan and deliver digital marketing campaigns that generate leads, drive engagement and support sales performance.
  • Design and build best practice email and SMS campaigns that are engaging, accessible, compliant and optimised for performance.
  • Manage and optimise property portal listings to maximise quality, visibility and conversion rates.
  • Monitor, analyse and report on KPIs and performance across campaigns and core channels.
  • Maintain high-quality CRM data to enable effective segmentation, automation and targeting.
  • Work collaboratively with the wider Peabody campaigns marketing team and external agencies to deliver high-performing paid campaigns (Meta, Google, etc.).
  • Contribute to SEO and content strategies to increase organic traffic.
  • Support a data-driven marketing approach across the team by delivering clear insights and identifying opportunities to improve performance.
  • Support marketing activity for Peabody’s portfolio of resale homes.

What you’ll need:

  • Confident creating content and writing clear, engaging copy for email and web.
  • Experience using Customer Relationship Management (CRM) and Content Management Systems (CMS).
  • Experience using analytics tools to track and improve performance.
  • Experience writing copy for email, SMS and the web.
  • Experience in the new homes property sector.
  • Experience using MS D365 / Real Time Journeys.
  • Experience using Umbraco CMS.
