As our new Data Quality Lead, you’ll lead the way in embedding a culture of data excellence across the organisation. You’ll design and deliver a robust data quality programme that ensures our data is accurate, consistent and complete, helping us make better decisions and deliver better services.

You’ll work closely with Data Owners, Stewards and Analysts to identify issues, recommend improvements and implement quality measures. You’ll also manage and mentor a Data Quality Analyst, supporting their development and ensuring high standards across your domain.

This is a fantastic opportunity to shape how we manage and use data, directly influencing business performance and supporting our commitment to continuous improvement.

Love new ideas – You bring fresh thinking and embrace innovation.

Celebrate diversity – You value different perspectives and create inclusive spaces.

Keep our promises – You deliver what you say you will.

Pull together – You collaborate and bring people with you.

Qualifications

  • Strong skills in analysing qualitative and quantitative data, with a focus on turning insights into action that supports inclusive, resident-focused services.
  • Proficiency in SQL, Excel and Power BI, using these tools to communicate clearly and effectively with colleagues across the organisation.
  • Experience managing staff in a data-focused role, with a collaborative and supportive leadership style that reflects our values: Be kind, Do the right thing, Love new ideas, Celebrate diversity, Keep our promises, and Pull together.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal with the ability to influence at all levels, helping others understand the story behind the data and make informed decisions.
  • A good understanding of how business processes, research methods and data quality connect, and how these contribute to better outcomes for our residents.
  • Knowledge of housing association operations and KPIs (desired), especially how data can drive service improvement.
  • A degree or equivalent in a relevant field (desired) but we value experience, curiosity and a commitment to learning just as highly.

Working Better Together, Onsite Collaboration Matters

We believe that working together in person helps us build stronger relationships, share ideas more easily, and deliver better outcomes for our residents. That’s why we ask all team members to work onsite at least two days per week, or more if preferred collaborating with internal customers across our offices. Onsite working is a key part of how we support each other and our communities. While this expectation is non‑negotiable, we’re committed to making our workplaces inclusive, welcoming, and supportive for everyone.
