Peabody is seeking an Outreach Support Worker to empower individuals across West Essex (Epping, Harlow and Uttlesford) in housing, health, and independence.

The role blends community visits with office collaboration and home working, reflecting a true hybrid model.

You will visit clients in their homes, support welfare navigation, and liaise with external agencies to ensure timely help.

A DBS check is required, and you will drive to meet people in the community.
