Peabody is seeking an experienced Building Surveyor to join our Repairs Team across North West London. You will take ownership of a varied caseload of repairs, disrepair cases, voids and specialist property issues, working in a field-based role with regular office days in Ealing and surrounding areas.
You will diagnose defects, manage works from inspection to completion, and produce technical reports while ensuring value for money and high-quality customer service.
