Peabody is seeking a Complex Repairs Lead (Delivery Support) based in Pitsea to oversee complex repairs, escalation cases and complaint-related repairs across our housing portfolio. You will coordinate with contractors and property services teams, investigate repair histories, and drive improvements to deliver better outcomes for residents in a fast-paced, customer‑focused environment.
You will be based out of Pitsea and will be looking after the North West London Region.
