At Peabody, we’re looking for a hands-on, people-focused Estate Services Caretaker to help us keep our estates looking their best. From lighting checks to cleaning communal areas, you’ll be the friendly face residents rely on to keep things spotless and welcoming. In the role you will be covering the Barnet area. What Your Day Might Look Like * Start with a lighting check—swap out any bulbs that need replacing * Roll up your sleeves and get stuck into cleaning duties across your designated areas * Work closely with your team and residents to keep things running smoothly and safely * Be a visible, approachable presence on-site five days a week What Makes This Role Special You won’t be stuck behind a desk—you’ll be out on site, making a real difference every day. You’ll be part of a supportive team that values your input and gives you the tools to succeed. We’re Looking for Someone Who * Ideally has a full, clean UK manual driving licence * Brings experience in caretaking or cleaning * Has great customer service skills * Knows their way around powered equipment * Loves helping people and takes pride in their work Please Read Before Applying This role requires a Basic DBS check and a full UK driving licence.
