Peabody is seeking a Skills Trainer (Repairs and Maintenance) to deliver and develop high-quality training for apprentices across multi-trade disciplines. You will prepare lessons, support individual learners, and contribute to curriculum development to ensure progress and EPA readiness.
The role focuses on learner experience, attendance and outcomes within a hybrid working model, and requires a teaching qualification or willingness to train further with support for Level 5 Apprenticeship.
