As an IT Application Support Analyst, you’ll adopt a common approach to problem analysis ensuring issues are clearly defined, trends are considered, impact on the operational teams is understood and potential resolutions highlighted. You will focus on providing application support for the specific capability aligned with this role and assist with other capabilities as needed. You’re an independent person who exercises good initiative, judgment, and communication. You’ll use your time management skills to prioritize tasks, meet deadlines, and manage expectations through regular communication. Excellent interpersonal skills are essential to liaise effectively at all levels. You need to be in the office two days a week; the remaining time can be remote. Your role involves ensuring quality data capture, working with IT colleagues on the Service Desk to clarify Delivery team requirements.

If you have experience or education in SQL scripting, a strong understanding of databases and database systems, and experience in administering business systems (preferably CRM or workflow systems including processes, letters, and scripts), we want to hear from you.

To be successful in this role, you should:

  • Be able to work under pressure, meet deadlines, and manage expectations effectively.
  • Understand the social housing domain.
  • Have experience working with suppliers to resolve incidents and requests.
  • Follow and create procedures systematically.
  • Be knowledgeable about industry standards and frameworks such as ITIL and Agile.

A minimum of 1 to 2 days working in the Westminster Bridge Road office is required.
